Jeffrey Winters
President
Jeffrey has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate lending business. Since 2004 Jeffrey has served as President of Sure Mortgage Capital, a divisional spin-off of Durham Capital Management, a commercial mortgage lending and brokerage business with a successful 20 year investment track record. Prior to that, Jeffrey spent several years in Japan as a Consultant working with large multi-national corporations.
Ryan Stewart
Vice-President
Ryan has 10 years of experience in real estate investing and as an entrepreneur. In 2002, Ryan founded a private healthcare clinic in Nashville TN, built it into a multi-million dollar business, and successfully exited in 2008. Since 2000, Ryan has been a principal investor of Sure Mortage Capital.
